Returns & Refund Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.
Refunds are not permitted once an order has been placed, as products are made and prepared specifically for each customer.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where a selected scent becomes unavailable before dispatch.
Scent Availability
All bowls are available in selected scents.
If the scent you have ordered becomes out of stock before dispatch, you will be contacted and given the option to:
Receive a refund, or
Change to a different scent that is currently in stock.
