Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and correct. SqueakyRoi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Policy
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Orders cannot be returned due to the nature of our products (beauty/ASMR items).
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
Damaged Items in Transit
We take great care to package our products securely. However, due to courier handling, there is a small risk that items may arrive damaged or broken.
In rare cases, more than one bowl may break during transit.
If your order arrives damaged and this is an issue for you, please contact us via email or direct messages so we can discuss a suitable resolution.
Missing Deliveries
If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it:
Please check that the delivery address provided at checkout was correct.
If the address is correct and the parcel is still missing, you must open a dispute directly with the courier.
